Well, in all honesty, I'm not really too concerned about this. Wikia's terms of use do say that a user must be 13 or older to be online, but there are so many users online that are under 13 that it really doesn't matter, to me at least. Thank you for alerting me, but I do not think that I will block the user because of her age alone.  Iam...JakuhōRaikōben  21:28,1/5/2012
