Please read this message!

Hello Maguilty Knights, please note that we have an Image Policy that you need to follow whenever you upload and add images to articles. All images must have a Fair Use Rationale (or FUR) and a License. Here are some steps in adding those two to images: (Note that when uploading images, it's better to use Special:Upload as it will make adding the FUR and license easier.)

1. In the source file box, click browse and pick the image that you want to upload from your computer.

2. If you wish to change the file name, simply edit it in the Destination filename field. (Note that all images needs to be under a proper file name or they will be deleted.)

3. Below the Destination filename field is the summary field. Fill it out with the necessary information.

Description - Describe what the image shows here
Source - Add either {{Image|Anime}} or {{Image|Manga}} here; Anime for episode screenshots and Manga for chapter images.
Portion - If the image is from the Anime, add {{Ep|episode number here}}. If it's from the Manga, add {{Ch|chapter number here}}. If it's from an OVA, add {{OVA|OVA number here}}.
Purpose - State here the purpose of the image. People usually add {{Image|P}} here.
Resolution - Add the resolution of the image here; whether "Low", "Medium" or "High" (Please note that we appreciate it if you upload high quality images)
Replaceability - Simply add {{Image|R}} here.
Other Information - Most people leave this blank but you are free to add your signature here so that people know who made the image.

4. Once you finish adding the necessary information in the FUR, it's time to add the license. Click on the license drop down box and pick the appropriate license.

5. Once you picked the license, the image is now ready to be uploaded. Simply click the Upload File button.

Hi Ell! Do you need help with the Image Policy? :) Next time you upload an image, use the Special:Upload tab, so that it will redirect you to the page where you can easily fill out the necessary information regarding your pictures (FUR licensing and the like). For more details on that, check out the message left by Garyness-san up there. If you need anything else, feel free to message me. Hope this helped! :)

Hi there.

I've noticed some issues with the images you just uploaded. First and foremost, while your pictures have rationale and a custom-made banner expressly made for yourself (which isn't required but is a nice add), they lack licensing, which ought to be added. In addition, that close shot of Minerva is clearly fan-made, and fanarts have no place on the Wiki's "official" pages, you can only use them to embellish pages related to you (like you did with that float).

Please, make sure that everything is settled as stated in our Image Policy.

Nope, that's the Fair Use Rationale you already added. What you need to add is the Licensing. You can add it manually, or, if you're uploading the picture, select it from a list.

My apologies for the statement ... but it looks like a "threatening warning" to me (like "sindak or naninindak in our language, I know u get my point!) it's the way you say it like you're the boss. How I wish you've been courteous enough to say it nicely. Don't worry, I've already did the initiative to remove it last night; already understood the wiki policy, and most of all, I hope it is not a big deal any more, okay?!. Besides ... I only use this Wiki as reference, not to contribute or to edit something or so ... And by the way, thanks for the warning tho, I'll be careful next time. Again, I really hope it's not a problem anymore ok?! I just felt bad that you gave me a awful experience here in Fairy Tail Wikia that I'll never forget.
