I know I'm not Mega, but he happens to be inactive right now for a little while, and as such won't be able to get back to you for a bit.

Though it may not be the detailed answer you are after, I do happen to know that he uses Photoshop and KMPlayer to make his gifs :)

Hopefully this helps a bit. Otherwise you'll have to wait for him to get back :3
