'Sup Bitches. So Jakuwhore's blogs suck and come out late. Who knows when Raven will get his blog out, so I decided to bring my reviews back. So for anyone who remembers my old reviews, I used to review FT and Bleach in one review. Well now I am going to step things up and review every manga I read. So every week I'll have the weeklys and when the monthlys come out, I'll have those too. The reason I am doing this is because Mega is a lazy whore and no longer makes his prediction blogs where you can talk about any manga so here you can feel free to talk about any manga even if I am not reviewing it. If you people also remember, I don't really review like Jakuwhore and Raven where I walk you through what happened in the chapter, I am just going to straight up assume you read the chapters and give my review and commentary of it. So without further ado, the ultimate review, week 1.

Fairy Tail

There was so much talk about Gajeel and Natsu combining their magics because of the name of this chapter. I think most people had forgotten we have seen Fire Dragon's Iron Fist before. This chapter felt a bit like a letdown for me. Natsu rushing at Mard Geer was typical Natsu but Mard had no clue who Natsu was which is odd considering Natsu has some sort of connection to end and is so important to Zeref. You would think Mard would know of him. Natsu dodges one attack and suddenly Mard is super impressed and scared of Natsu. That was just kind of bullshit to me. Its not that hard to dodge a giant thorn coming out of the ground when you have the battle experience of these guys. The one nice thing about the beginning of this chapter though was the Igneel, Natsu combo that they did with both attacking their opponents in the same manner. I liked it and it shows that Natsu really did learn everything he knows from Igneel.

Second half of this chapter was pretty meh. I got the feeling back when Kyouka's mask was first broken that she wasn't as sure about everything as she had been and might rebel. For a moment there I thought she would disobey Mard and refuse to sacrifice her life to accelerate Face's activation. However I can't say I was surprised when she chickened out and did it but now she is back to wearing that mask. :/ Sexy Kyouka is gone. Oh well. We'll see what happens next time. All in all the chapter was kind of meh for me. I didn't particularly care for it but I didn't dislike it. Very average in my opinion.

Bleach

This chapter was pretty much meant to bring back memories from the Soul Society arc. It was nice but it feels like Kubo has been dedicating a lot of time to try and evoke memories of that arc. Most would argue that that was the best arc, but still, this arc needs to stand on its own. I wanted Ganju to have the Fullbringers with him. I'm not sure of their purpose in the story anymore if they haven't appeared at all during this battle. The art felt a little sloppy at the beginning of the chapter, not being as refined as it usually is. It got better once we got into the Soul King Palace though.

Nianzol is... an odd one. When he first appeared last week, I was hoping he would be really cool and have some kind of super awesome ability but it seems like he can just deflect attacks. Nothing all that cool really. I wanted to punch him for his manner of speaking though. It got old really quickly. I was even more disappointed with the manner in which he was beaten. Senjumaru tailors his clothesand he just gets killed by his own clothes? Really Kubo? The royal guard were supposed to be amazing and having invented super cool things like we saw the inventor of the Zanpakuto, but now we have a tailor? Did she invent Shinigami robes? Ugh, just no. The beginning really was the saving grace of this chapter but still not enough for me to really like it.

Naruto

Since Sasuke turned evil at the end of part 1 of Naruto, I have always wanted the final battle to be Naruto vs Sasuke representing the ultimate good and ultimate evil respectively but as it is now, it just feels.... not right. Sasuske is such a poorly written character that I take no interest in him anymore. His battle with Naruto feels like its happening now just because its what the fans want and not for anything else. Though with Sasuke now stabbing Sakura, is it safe to say he is gay? I don't know. Not much to say on this chapter really as it is mostly set up for the fight that will start next chapter. Everything is going the way everyone imagined with Naruto on the first hokage statue and Sasuke on the Madara Statue but really, Im just looking forward to the end

Toriko

Goddamn this series got epic again. So the way to undo taste change is to cause an injury to the body worse than what Joa did to them, which is ridiculously hard considering gourmet cells will heal it right up most of the day. Shigematsu's taste change was undone but it cost him his life. And now Teppei is able to take on Toriko almost as an equal. When Teppei first appeared, I didnt think much of him but now he has proven himself to be incredibly strong. I wonder if taste change improves fighting capability or not. Either way, Toriko struggles even using his new arm.

I'm interested in these back channels now. What are they and how can Teppei travel through them? Whatever it is, I'm pumped for whatever comes next in Toriko as its back to being as good as it was during the Gourmet Games arc which was unbelievable.

Magi

I so badly want a Judar vs Aladdin fight right now. Judar has only one goal now and the fact that he isnt even interested in fighting Sinbad at the moment seems to mean something big is coming up. I'm upset that Arba is dead. Hakuryuu killed her which we always knew was coming but I wanted to see more of her. Something tells me that she is not really dead though. A thousands of years old magician who is the reason for all the bad stuff that is happening is not going to die so easily. Still though, now that Hakuryuu has seemingly accomplished his goal, what comes now? Judar has become even stronger now so what comes next? Is Hakuryuu going to become a true villain or does he stay as a sort of anti hero? I just hope he doesnt go the way of Sasuke and become super emo and change his motives every chapter now. I'm just thankful the longest flashback in history is finally over.

Nanatsu no Taizai

Hendricksen is just... holy shit at the moment. Like wow, he is taking on five sins like its nothing. Not even Meliodas can stop him right now which is scary. Everything this guy does now is just making me go Holy Shit. Not even the holy knights together with the sins can put a dent in him. His dark snow ability seemed dumb when he fist said it but goddamn instant death to anyone it touches. Then that spin move. I'm loving this guy. While this is all great, my problem is that it feels like the end is coming. The series isnt even at 100 chapters yet and it feels like we are approaching the end. The demon clan will be released and what comes after that? Where do they go once they beat the demon clan? I'm loving every minute of this series but I feel its moving too fast.

Other problem here is Veronica. Why is she alive? We watched her die. I'm wondering what the author can say to really explain her being alive. The only thing I can think of is that she faked her death maybe? I don't know. It just seems odd. Hopefully we get our explanation soon.

Winner

I'd have to say the best chapter this week was Toriko. It had great action as well good plot development. While Taizai was great as well, it lacked on the plot development that Toriko provided so thats why Im saying it is the best this week.

Thats all for this week. There will be more series in this next week but I forgot to read Sinbad this week and OP didnt have a chapter that I saw and there may be some monthlys/series I read I forgot about As always, comments are very welcome, so comment away.
