July's Sexiest Mage Alive is Cana Alberona. She's an 18 year old Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild that employs Card Magic as her main form of Magic. Cana's interests include: alcohol, gambling, and grabbing her guildmates' breasts. :D
"Pathetic. Your sister gets captured and you come crawling back here without even going after those responsible." (To Elfman Strauss)
Bitch I'm Flawless
Who needs a bikini?
What did the ghost say to the hornets? BOO bees. :D
Sup hoes and hoettes, its that time of the months again! And no hoettes, I do not mean THAT time.
We start this month with a fantastic cover that while Tristan and Sane fap to Wendy in a bikini, the rest of us were looking at that overly gratuitous Lucy ass. So we start the chapter with Fairy Tail Team B in a hot spring. Why are they in a hot spring when they are supposed to be looking for Makarov you may ask? Because Fairy Tail is about boobs, thats why. So everyone is relaxing in the hot spring but Juvia won't go in until Levy mentions Gray, after which Juvia rushes in to the hot spring believing Gray is there. Upon learning the truth, she tells Levy the heavens shall punish her for her lies. As they all relax they discover Ichiya is in there with them. Ichiya reveals that the Thunder God Tribe joined Blue Pegasus. Ichiya then pops up and gives Elfman a nice bit of manhood in the face, prompting him to throw Ichiya to Gajeel. The force of Ichiya's manly ass hitting Gajeel knocks him through the wall into the girls' hot spring and landing him on a naked Levy. Cause Mashima has never used the guy lands on the naked girl he is paired with joke before.
After the freak out from that, we join the A team back on the island. Gray is stunned by Brandish's extreme level of magic. As they prepare to fight, Natsu grabs his bandaged arm. However, Brandish simply says she wants some star mango gelato. She walks over to the vendor only to find it destroyed. Breaking into tears, she asks who destroyed it, to which Marin blames Natsu and Gray. Disappointed, she turns around to head home but Marin tries to tell her that Natsu and co. picked a fight with their soldiers. Still crying, she says she isn't interested. She then orders him to give back the girls. As he tries to say no, she displays her magic, shaking the ground violently. Wendy and Carla fly high into the air to discover that Brandish has transformed the size of the island. Scared by her powe, Marin releases Lucy and Erza and Lucy immediately notices how powerful Brandish is. Marin tries convincing Brandish to take out Fairy Tail but she is uninterested. Looking at Mest, Natsu says he can't let her just get away, prompting Brandish to kill Marin in an instant to prove her power. She says that now she is one person down, they are now equal. She tells them she will report that she took out the spy before telling them all that Makarov is alive, but warns them that they should not make any moves as anything could happen. She then uses her magic, shrinking the island to such a size that only she is able to stand on it. She tells them that there are twelve other wizards of that power in Alvarez so they best not try anything.
K, im just gonna ignore the hotspring and focus on whats important: BRANDISH. Omg, she is super hot and I am in love with her magic. Its been ages since we have seen a magic that is that powerful and flashy. This reminds me of why I fell in love with this series because I loved all the different magics. Good lord, I cannot wait to see more of her and the other spriggan twelve if they are all this strong. Grade A chapter here.
As Erza leads the people of the island to ships after Brandish shrunk it, we get some nice overly gratuitous Lucy ass before we see Natsu and Wendy holding their guts in. Erza contemplates Brandish's magic and states it is very high level. As Lucy starts to wonder what to do next, the group begins to disappear as they are all teleported by Mest to an underwater location. Natsu and Wendy promptly celebrate no longer being on transportation and quickly explore before the temple takes off, revealing itself as transportation. A shadow figured then tells them welcome aboard as they turn around, revealing themselves to be Angel...er Sorano (she will always be an angel in my heart). And Goddamn does she look good in a bikini. Happy figures out that she is the spy as we get some overly gratuitous Angel ass for a change. Erza asks why it wasn't Cobra and Mest replies he would have asked too many questions. The group then figures out the details of how Angel failed in her mission which led her here. As Lucy calls her Angel, she grabs Lucy's bikini top and pulls on it, reminder her that she was the one to kill Karen Lilica. She then informs everyone they are headed to where Makarov is, shocking everyone. She then asks how they like her now.
In the Alvarez Empire, Makarov, now sporting a stylish beard, plays a card game with Yajeel an adviser to the emperor. After a long conversation full of metaphors and other foreshadowing, Emperor Spriggan returns, revealing himself to be Zeref and shocking Makarov.
Not as exciting as last chapter but still pretty good. Nice seeing Angel again. Zeref as Emperor Spriggan though... Not sure how i feel about it.
So bla bla bla fast forward through a lot of the opening pages cause its just Mashima showing us some of the spriggans. I am not all that interested in any of them except August who looks like he could be hella powerful. Of course, I said that about Keyes and I was wrong. So anyway, Yajeel escorts Makarov in and Zeref asks for a private audience with him. Makarov asks if he is Zeref or Spriggan. He says he is both, to some he is Zeref, to others he is Spriggan. He states as he searched for meaning in life, he created a country a few hundred years ago which grew into the Alvarez Empire. Makarov asks if it was all to capture Lumen Histoire, but Zeref says he knows its true name, Fairy Heart, a magic which exceeds even that of the three other great magics of Fairy Tail. Makarov realizes that the Alvarez empire is after Fairy Heart because the emperor is Zeref. Zeref states the invasion ten years ago was not his doing and that his original intention for the empire was to defeat Acnologia but circumstances have changed. Makarov tries to negotiate but Zeref says no and states he intends to start an extermination. Makarov yells he won't hand over the first but Zeref knocks him away and begins to kill him, stating he hopes Makarov's death will fill Natsu with so much rage he comes looking for him. Makarov calls him a filthy demon but Zeref says spriggan is the name of an ugly fairy. Before he can finish the assassination though, Mest jumps in and teleports Makarov out of there. As they reunite with the other members of Fairy Tail though, Mest informs everyone that he saw Zeref.
Interesting chapter. There are a lot of possible implications of this chapter and why exactly Zeref wants Fairy Heart. I don't buy into the shipper craze that Mavis loved Zeref and all that. So we will see what becomes of this.
So cover...hold up... Brandish has green hair? WHY? WHY MASHIMA WHY? She would have looked so hot as a blonde. Why ruin her like that?
Anyway, reunion time with Makarov who bursts into tears for letting Fairy Tail down. As they all prepare to leave though, they are ambushed by Azeal. As they prepare to fight though, Makarov says that they cannot defeat him and need to run. Erza bombards him with swords to cover their retreat but as the swords hit Azeal, they turn to sand and crumble to the ground. Speeding off in a magical vehicle, Azeal catches up to them using a giant monster made of sand. Realizing they have to do something, Lucy and Gray climb atop the vehicle and we get some lovely overly gratuitous Lucy ass. Lucy and Gray now on top of the vehicle, we get some more Lucy ass followed by the screams of those weird Graylu shippers cause apparently this is a sign that these two are in love. Anyway, Makarov says they cant beat him but Gray says they wont know until they try as he goes all Devil Slayer mode and Lucy reveals Star Dress Sagitarious mode which turns her into an archer...with horse legs. Gray freezes all the oncoming sand in an instant causing Azeal to leap forward and create more. Lucy fires a rain of arrows into the sand to stop it but more keeps coming. Eventually, Azeal goes below them and opens a giant sand pit and Im just waiting for the sarlacc to appear. Azeal taunts Fairy Tail as they flail in the sand saying no one can escape from it and tells everyone how he is the overconfident asshole who is about to be beat...well, he didnt exactly say that but you know what I mean. So with this being an unescapable trap, of course they break out using the power of friendship and then Natsu one shots Azeal. Chapter over
If Azeal is actually defeated I am going to write a sternly worded letter about all these fucking one shots. WE GET IT. NATSU IS STRONG NOW. Good grief.
Ok, thats all for this time. Go ahead and praise this article in the comments now.
Rai: Whores! Where's Wrath!? Ultra: He can't make it this month. Rai: What!? That dirty little new-yorker! Reli: Calm down, Rai! Your panties can't handle another tear. Rai: Shut up, Whore! How do we handle this without Wrath!? God: It's gonna be hard for anyone to write the whole thing at this time. Raven: Still, I'd rather not forgo the article this month. Ultra: How about a collaboration? Reli: What, like we each write a review for it? I could go for that. Ultra: Yeah, exactly. I'll help too. Raven: I'm in!
*everyone stares at Rai* Rai: What!? God: I don't watch the anime. Rai: ...FINE!
Reli here, bitches! It's my time to start cause I always come first!
So the Oracion Seis is still fighting Jellal while Tartaros keeps looking for him through the former councilman's Super Archive and by torturing Erza. I don't know about you but hearing Erza scream of pain sends shivers down my spine. Fantastically done. My respects to you voice actor. So Jellal says he is going to defeat everyone when suddenly Brain wakes up (love his evil laugh) and effortlessly kills him, not just that but completely eradicates his body next. NOT. It was all an illusion made by Midnight. Ok so I loved this moment in the manga but I think the ainme was just giving it away the entire time with Midnight's eye colors changing. I'd really like to hear from an anime-only watcher about how much they saw it coming. Anyway, Jellal breaks through the illusion and finally brings down his heavy arsenal with one of his most powerful spells Grand Chariot, which does nothing to the OS besides making them growl a little, but then follows with his most powerful move Sema. OMG JELLAL DEFEATED THE ENTIRE ORACION SEIS!!!
Not really. I mean I'm sorry Jellal-lovers but to me it looks like it Mashima had to really level down their powers a lot in order to have Jellal win and have the six five join them. I mean Midnight didn't use any of his cool Reflector spells besides an illusion, Cobra didn't use any Poison Dragon Slayer spells besides poison punches, Angel only used some melee-based angels, Racer could have easily run away from Sema (its AoE wasn't that big as Hoteye and Meredy weren't touched), and Hoteye just watched. If the five had actually gone all out no way Jellal would have won but whatever ok. Let's continue. So newly-blinded Jellal recruits the former dark Mages to Crime Sorciere and his key to the White Inheritance is taken by the former chairman who then gets backstabbed by Kyoka in order to release Face. Somewhere else in Cube, Lamy has resurrected Tempesta in a cool new body as well as Jackal and new-born demon Minerva. Lamy also shows her new lab specimen Mirajane, who soon will be made "the world's ugliest caterpillar". Wow. Jealous much? And finally, Elfman bombs Fairy Tail, destroying it yet again. Nice.
And since I now need to go touch myself, Raven, you take over!
Gee, thanks Reli...
So, in this episode, Cana ex Machina finds Elfman as he is about to bomb the guild, and saves the day like the motherfucking boss she is. Two things though: First, Elfman is a huge guy, and you mean to tell me he couldn't just smash Cana's head in easily, a la Oberyn? Second, am I the only one who thinks the hottie that taught Cana this trick is Sho?
Meanwhile it was nice to see people in Magnolia worried about the guild as opposed to finding them a nuisance earlier on. Back to Tartaros, Sayla is happy because senpai noticed her and we have some evil plotting until they find out that Cana is Fairy Tail's lord and savior and that they did jack shit to them.
So in the flashback Cana built the strongest Yu-Gi-Oh! deck ever, and also found matching colors for each person she trapped in the cards. Good job Cana!
Back to the present, long story short, everyone reaches the Cube and starts fighting Tartaros. Meanwhile, Lamy and her asthmatic laugh wants to mess with Mira's face and get away with it. Lol, she's barely Lisanna level strength-wise, so I wouldn't be too afraid for Mira. In fact, in only a minute, Mira revives herself, obviously stating that she already has demon particles in her. Do your homework next time, Tartaros.
Meanwhile Natsu and Lisanna ambush Kyoka and Erza also frees herself, so she decides to have some reverse torture time. Alas, it's not even needed, Kyoka tells her everything even though she doesn't have to. She then frees herself and begins fighting Erza.
For the rest of the episode everyone uses their strongest attacks to fend off Tartaros except Lucy who just Lucy Kicks them until Erza penetrates through Kyoka. Yeah, that's exactly what happened.
Oh and Natsu meets Zeref but who cares amirite?
Anyways, I'm done with this now. Ultra, your turn.
*yawn* and I just got back from work...
Anyways, we've got this episode opening with some exposition from Zeref about E.N.D., how he fought Igneel, how Natsu will be the deciding factor blah, blah, blah. Natsu also attacks the guy but his heat sword that he swiped doesn't work on Zeref. Too be he didn't use...oh, I dunno...magic. Anyways, Zeref exposits a lot of stuff the manga readers already know and even a bunch of stuff the anime-only viewers already know. Honestly, this is really boring so I'm just gonna skip ahead.
However, I do have to say that I love the title card. They actually look really engaging and intimidating in a way. As a further plus, there's nobody shouting aloud the name of the title, giving it a very ominous feeling.
Anyways, Erza's fight with Kyouka takes her down to a lower level, where she ends up creating a hole for the recently-arrived Fairy Tail mages to go through. Kyouka isn't down however and continues to fight Erza as her friends go through. As we follow them, we even get to see Makarov get in on the action. He doesn't go all-out of course, because if he did go all-out, we'd have a lot less content since things would end faster.
Elsewhere, Lisanna finds Mirajane and rubs her face into her boobs as the two sisters reunite. When Mirajane hears from Lisanna and Sayla about what happened though, like the guild explosion scenario, she's not pleased at all and both demons give one another the death glare. I gotta say, Sayla's is good in the anime but Mirajane's feels off. It looks to me like she's more shockingly surprised than actually angry. The manga panels for their staring contest look a lot more evenly toned between the two of them.
Elsewhere, Lucy, Wendy, Happy and Carla have located the panels for Face. They talk for a while about what they see and note that Face has been activated but it takes a while for Wendy to notice the big orange countdown in front of her that appeared even though nobody seemed to press anything. Franmalth is watching them from behind, though it's Keith/Keyes who actually shows up to confront the two of them, joined by his obese guildmate a moment later. The girls know they need to stop them and so Lucy summons Taurus and Aries to hold them off.
While they run off though, Keith manages to find them. Luckily, Gray's not too far behind and holds him off, hearing something about whose son he is in the process. Suddenly though, pink wool is everywhere and catches Lucy and Happy, but Carla and Wendy manage to narrowly escape the grasp of Franmalth thanks to Natsu, as it's now the 2nd time these two had to be bailed out by a man in less than three minutes. Anyways, as Wendy and Carla rush to stop Face, Franmalth reveals that he absorbed Taurus and Aries and can use their abilities now, as well as alter his body with their features, making him look rather creepy. After some awkward humor involving "rats", Natsu begins to fight but before long, Franmalth decides to show him his strongest soul and begins activating Revolution once again, taking on an all-too familiar face.
This episode is...acceptable. The animation, music and actin are certainly up to par but story-wise nothing has really stood out. Anime is a bit hard for me to review since I already read the manga and thus know the story and therefore end up wondering if I should omit story from consideration since it isn't actually the animators writing it.
I'll give this episode credit on decent pacing, though. There aren't really any boring scenes barring the two expositions and the action is relatively well-done without too much interruption. For an anime-only viewer, this is probably pretty awesome since the episode ends on such a good cliffhanger.
A cliffhanger that will be revealed and discussed next, as Rai concludes this review of This Month in the Anime.
Hello hello! Raven is back for another coven and this coven I've been waiting for a long time! We'll FINALLY talk about A CHARACTER WHO IS ONE OF MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITES, AND THAT'S Min- ... ..... ....... STING? You had one job voters! ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)
...Anyway ^_^ looks like we'll be talking about Sting Eucliffe! I think this might turn out to be more interesting than the runner-up anyway. Let's go, shall we?
So Sting's design is interesting though simplistic I suppose. Imagine Natsu with blond hair and dressing like a raging homosexual and the result is what we call Sting's design!
I guess Mashima's intended purpose is to have Sting be a pretty guy that the ladies and some guys will swoon over. Okay, cool, Fairy Tail is a fanservice-y manga so I can get behind that. His clothes tho >__> he regurarly dresses like a stripper, with the fur and the clothes leaving his abs exposed and all that. However, as awkward as his stylistic choices look like, he is unique in that regard so I can get behind that too.
I only wish he did not look so similar to Natsu. We get it, RIVALS. They don't have to look like identical copies of each other. Anyway, he is not that bad, just not great either.
You know it's coming people. That's where most characters usually lack. Let's try to take a close look at Sting's character, shall we?
Sting first appeared in the Grand Magic Games arc, being one of the ace Mages of the curently strongest guild in Fiore, Sabertooth, and the intended rival of Natsu for that arc. However, his first appearances(as all antagonists') do not give away much about his personality, other than the fact that he's a grade-A asshole.
The truth is, Sting used to adore Fairy Tail, being his role models and his idols as he grew up, and that's why he's overly competitive against them, especially Natsu. However, how does this excuse him smirking like a jerk when Minerva tortured Lucy? See, Sting, like all the antagonists of Fairy Tail, suffers from the fact that Mashima just fails to portray morally grey people. You either are with Fairy Tail and one of the good guys, or against them and a really horrible person and a jerk. When you change sides, your characterization changes too.
This is even more obvious with Minerva and Flare whose acts are even more atrocious when they are villains. Thankfully, fan favorites Ultear and Jellal were spared from this, and I will explain how when their turn arrives.
So yeah, like all the other "villains", Sting's characterization is all over the place. He starts portraying signs of complexity later on, when Jiemma apparently kills his cat after his epic fail against Natsu and-guess what-he's sad. He is then apparently resolute to defeat Fairy Tail and save his friend, but then HE SEES THIS...
...loses his shit and starts crying like a little bitch, surrendering in the process. Aw man, I still remember what a huge disappointment that was for everyone back then. I fail to understand why he gave up back then. Is it because his victory would be "unfair", because they were beaten down? Give me a break, it was not a one-on-one fight for a reason, the participants didn't have to take raw srength into account, but wits too, something Fairy Tail didn't really portray, despite their flashy OHKOes. OTHER THAN THAT, he knew Minerva was ruthless and he knew Lector's life was at play, so he didn't win because "he wouldn't be able to look Lector in the eye if he won like this"? ... ..... Lector saw you laugh as an innocent girl got the shit beat out of her and left for dead, I'm sure he'll be fine if you win the contest you signed up for.
In the next arcs he appeared, he was the typical good guy + a Fairy Tail fanboy, so nothing noteworthy there.
Needless to say, his character is nothing phenomenal. It's a shame because I really like the dude, I even have him on my avi & sig D:
That said, he does have good qualities. He is charming, a good friend, a good guy, and possesses a certain level of intelligence based on his plan to win. I'm not impressed he's nothing more than that, considering he's supposed to mirror Natsu.
5/10 He could be so much better.
Sting's a Light Dragon Slayer, which was a pretty interesting idea, but in action it's just...meh ( ._.) his attacks do not have any uniqueness to them as Natsu (burning things), Wendy (well...air), or even Rogue (able to go in the shadows). He has the standard DS attacks, with an additional glow and light color to them ( .____.) the only interesting thing that comes to mind when it comes to Sting's Magic is the stigma he left on Natsu's chest, which allegedly paralyzes movement, but didn't because he burned it, so yeah. The fact that in 1 of the 2 fights he's been in he was portrayed fucking weak because Natsu is the protagonist didn't help either.
And this sucks because he could do so much more with "Light Magic". Paralysis is one effect he did utilize (which makes no sense), but how about, let's say, generating light so strong that blinds his opponents and leaves them unable to fight back or even see him? I can think 2 or three more from the top of my head, so I think it would be easy to get more creative with his Dragon Slayer arts.
That said, I can't take Light Magic seriously when it comes to offensive attacks is because in real life, light can't actually hurt people. We have experience with how Fire, Wind and Iron can hurt, so them being used for offence makes sense, but light and darkness? Not really. It would be a far better idea naming Sting the Sun Dragon Slayer and Rogue the Moon Dragon Slayer if you ask me. Oh well, what's done is done... ( ._.)
Oh, also he's a third generation Dragon Slayer, which actually means shit, since he was portrayed as significanly weaker than the respective 1st gen ones, though the reason for that is that he was a villain back then, and also he fought the protagonist. I think his power level is supposed to be just a wee bit below Natsu's right now.
5/10 Light, really?
SIGNIFICANCE TO PLOT/ROLE IN THE MANGA
It is unfair to judge Sting's role in the manga in the same way I did to the other characters when he's a secondary character and one we met halfway through the manga. That's why I'll comment on him based on the 3 arcs he's been in: GMG arc, Tartarus arc and a little cameo in Avatar arc.
In the Grand Magic Games arc, Sting was one of the "windows" used to show us how the world 7 years in the future looks like, and how big the power gap has gotten for Natsu and his buddies to overcome although Mashima completely shitted on that one later on but let's try to look past that. He was the main baddie as well as Natsu's antagonist in the first half of this arc, and turned to a brighter role in the 2nd half of the arc (see what I did there); he became Natsu's fanboy, one of the 7 Dragon Slayers to fight a Dragon, and the guy who would take Yukino back to his guild. He also became ST's master, which was kind of random because he is more immature than Rogue and Yukino, for example, has not displayed any leadership skills whatsoever and is also weaker than Minerva and Orga. Narratively it would make more sense to have Minerva become a Master, and be a better ruler than her father, but whatever I guess ( ._.)
In Tartarus, he and Rogue played a significant part in Minerva's arc as well as the final fight against Mard Geer, and then Jiemma. I'd say they were one of the highlights of this arc.
In Avatar he made one cameo at the beginning, mainly used as comic relief due to his increased weight, and a second time at the end of the arc, where he basically just found Natsu and co.
To do this section I usually ask myself "how different would the manga (or the particular arcs in this case) be without this character?" Well, without Sting a serious part of the GMG arc's tension would not be there. He was the douchebag you loved to hate but was also entertaining and we wanted to see more of him (I know I did). Then you felt for him and cheered when he "killed" Jiemma, and many people rooted for him in the last day of the Games because he actually had a pretty solid and important reason to get 1st place in the GMG, whereas all the other participants did it for fame and glory. I think that's why people were so disappointed when he surrendered.
Then in the other arcs he was a big part of Minerva's redemption and going back to her guild, and he also got some closure when it came to Jiemma. Also let's not forget the fat!Sting jokes later on. Needless to say, he's a secondary character so other than the fact that he is a Dragon Slayer I don't see him being so important later on.
Overall his presence was definitely felt in the manga.
7/10 Pretty good
With all that said, Sting's character score is..... 5.5/10! I guess this is ideal for him, nothing less nothing more. Don't take it from me though, let's see what the other members of the staff have to say about him!
Dem abs tho
Isn't this the case for 99% of Fairy Tail's male characters tho?
Homoerotic clothing choices. :D
For once we agree!
A gigantic wuss.
I think someone's still salty over Sting giving up... :P
Most likely gay
Nah, Stukino or Stingerva will probably sail.
Light element, seriously?
You tell them Reli!
Sexy Saber hunk :D
So most people either care for his sexiness or stylistic choices? Sting would feel bad for being looked at as a piece of meat >_>
Well, you heard the boys. That ends this month's coven! Sadly the other project I had in mind is facing some difficulties temporariy so no news from there yet. Don't let that disappoint you, though, and vote for who you want to see next!
What Crime S member do you want to see in the coven?
Hello, everyone! Last month I featured Sting and I created a poll to ask you guys' opinion on who I chose to portray him (Colton Haynes). I posted the results of that poll below. 55.3% of you thought it was a good choice. 24.7% of you thought it was okay. And 20% of you thought it was bad. My choice for Sting got great reception!!! Let's hope my choice for Levy gets even better reception! :D To the 20% of you who didn't like my incredible choice... you can go fuck yourself. ಠ_ಠ
The person I picked to portray Levy is an actress named Emma Watson. I honestly don't believe anyone could fit Levy quite as well as she could. Appearance wise I think it's a great match. To me Emma Watson and Levy have a very similar beauty. In the sense that they are both very attractive, but not drop dead gorgeous like Scarlet Johannson or, in the Fairy Tail universe, Mirajane or Erza. Also, Levy and Emma both have very slender frames and aren't very well endowed. Appearance aside, I picked Emma because she is famous for playing one of the most intelligent witches in history - Hermione Granger. :D So playing Levy, an intelligent female Mage, would be no problem at all for her. And, as a bonus, she's only 25 years old. ^__^ So, what do you guys think? Is she a good match for Levy? Do you know an actress who'd fit better? If so tell me in the comments! ^__^ And if you don't think Emma is a good choice, I'd really like to know why. And even if you do think she's a good choice, I'd like to know why in the comments. 'Til next time you guys!
Welcome everyone to BUSTED! Where is the Family Tree, you ask? Wellm the thing is that I recently dreamt a certain dream and I decided that since it was wiki-related, I'd put it up for everyone to see! Without further ado, let's go!
We're kicking it old school this month, and by old school, I mean two assassins from the best. The wind wielding Shinigami vs. the guitar rocking wild man.
Votes for Vidaldus
Strength wise, I'd imagine Erigor's got this. However, Vidaldus' Magic works by sound so I imagine if uses his Rock of Succubus early on in the battle, he'd be able to turn Erigor into his Incubus. And thus winning the match by making his opponent his bitch. Literally. XD Assuming of course Erigor doesn't think to counter the sounds in some manner.
Hmmm I'm the only one that just can't picture a cool fight between these two? either way, I say Vidaldus. Erigor's Magic can handle Vidaldus's Hair Magic but Erigor can't do shit against Guitar Magic.
I'm super torn because while I think Erigor could cut Vidaldus' hair, the Succubus spell Vidaldus has could basically result in him forcing Erigor to surrender. Not a K.O. exactly, but it has the same effect of ending the fight. Erigor doesn't seem to be a very calculating fighter so I figure he'd probably underestimate Vidaldus and from there, he'd be screwed.
"I dunno man. It's hard. I want to say Vidalus" - Wrath via Snapchat
Votes for Erigor
Okay, science here; I'm sure we've all noticed that when the wind currents are strong, we don't listen very well to our surroundings, aka the sound is absorbed more than it usually is. It's safe to say that Erigor can produce wind strong enough to completely block the effects of Vidaldus' music, since he has an even stronger version of this, called Stone Wall. Not to mention that he is faster, and actually has offensive moves so the fight may not even come to Vidaldus having the chance to play his guitar. No matter what I can't see Erigor losing this one.
Disregard Raven if you think science is boring! :D Erigor seems like he would win in a bout against Vidaldus. Erigor is equipped with all the right spells and maneuvers to dismantle any threat that Vidaldus may bust out against him, such as the latter's Hair Magic. While we don't know much about the Rock of Succubus, I could still see Erigor putting a halt to Vidaldus' noisy guitar with his Wind Magic, a feat that Juvia couldn't accomplish.
This is a difficult one to gauge because we only saw a little from each (Im not counting KoTSS for Erigor) but I have to give the edge to Erigor here. From what we have seen, Vidalus was only able to put up a fight against Juvia and Lucy because of Rock of the Succubus. Erigor can block out the sound from that and his mobility would allow him to maneuver in and out to avoid Hair Magic. Erigor has the counters to beat Vidalus.
The staff members have made their picks. Now it falls on you to decide. Place your votes in the comments before the deadline and your vote will be counted in the final tally.
Warning! This article may feature pictures and/or information that some might consider N.S.F.W. Meaning if you're in a public place, it might be a bit awkward to read this. >_< Furthermore, if you're a little whiny bitch who can't see anything even remotely indecent or mature in nature, this article isn't for you. So instead of reading it and complaining, just go ahead and skip ahead.
Hey you guys! So I'm proud this month to introduce a brand new article - Wiki Tail! Now, if you're a veteran user of this wiki, then this might look very familiar to you. And that's because this article is a revamp of the failed community writing project of the same name. For those of you who weren't around back then, around three years ago, a few fellow users and I decided to create our own version of Fairy Tail based off the wiki. However, inexperience, artistic differences, and bitchy personalities pretty much destroyed the project and we discontinued it after only releasing two chapters. >_> And me being the easily embarrassed person I am completely scrubbed the wiki of any trace of it's existence. Now, three years later, I'm rebooting the series... kinda. Back then the series was a dramedy with phenomenal drawings by a very talented artist. I, however, have virtually no artistic talent so I'm rebooting the series as a poorly drawn (one step above stick figure) comedy. And I use that term loosely as my friends often tell me I am not funny. >_> Anyhow, each "chapter" will be like 2-5 pages long (depending on how much time I have) and they won't be traditional chapters as they aren't telling a story. They're just these individual comedic situations set in the Wiki Tail world. Kinda like Garfield in the newspaper. Each little short comedic story is unrelated, but set in the same world. :P In case you can't tell, every character in this series will be based off someone in the wiki. So if you aren't very familiar with the users of this wiki, you won't get the jokes made here. Also, if I make a joke about you, please don't be offended. It's meant to be humorous. I'm not sure if I will be able to do this every month as I'm usually very busy during the school semester, but, I'll try to. Hmm... what else... oh yeah, there's a suggestion box to the side. Click the link and leave a suggestion if you have any. It's totally anonymous. Also, please view my disclaimer below!! Alright, I think I've said enough, enjoy the comic!
Disclaimers & Credit
Okay, I used like a gillion references pictures for this comic and some stuff I didn't bother to even reference, I just straight up copied. :D So if anything looks familiar, you know why. Shout out to all the people whose work I used! I appreciate your art and your talent!! ^___^ As I mentioned, I suck so this comic isn't to show off any artistic talent or anything of that nature. It's to make my wiki family laugh. ^___^ Hmm... let's see... what else. Oh yeah, got the library background here. Please visit that artist's deviantart page and view their work. :)
Miskos is a veteran of the Wiki Tail guild, and a newly made S-Class Mage. Because of his feminine fashion choices and because most people mistakenly pronounce his name "Ms. Kos," many of his guildmates believe he is a woman. Whilst in battle, Miskos turns into a gigantic penguin through Take Over, which he uses in combination with his Ice and Snow Magic. Despite his questionable taste in Magic, Miskos is one of the most powerful Mages in the guild. He attaches what appears to be a human eyeball to a chain and wears it around his neck. The reason for this is currently unknown, but many believe it is the eyeball of a former lover who scorned him.
Monkey D Me is a Mage of the Wiki Tail guild, and a self-proclaimed womanizer (although his romantic advances are often rejected). He is completely infatuated with the Guild Master of the Wiki Tail guild, Chaos Knight, and has asked the genderless being out (and was rejected) exactly 7,300 times. Monkey D Me was once very dedicated to training, however, upon joining the guild he lost all interest in Magic upon seeing all of the beautiful women there. His main form of Magic is known as Soul Animation and it involves him bringing to life any inanimate objects around him. However, years of being out of combat have dulled his skill with this form of Magic, so he relies mostly on his second form of Magic - Fap Magic. As the name suggests, this Magic requires MDM to gratify himself and upon completion a sticky substance is shot at his opponents and holds them in place while he escapes. Most Mages are unable to use this Magic due to the substantial amount of preparation time it takes to activate it, however, due to MDM's pre-ejaculation issue, it takes him only a few seconds.
Animal Tamer is a veteran Mage of the Wiki Tail guild. He is the product of multiple generations of incest, and has several mental disorders. Despite this, he is incredibly intelligent and one of the world's greatest scientists. Tamer is obsessed with animals and constantly experiments on himself to make himself more animal like. He is a skilled user of Celestial Spirit Magic, and he owns the largest and oldest Silver Key in the world, which summons a gigantic dinosaur named T-Dogg. However, T-Dogg is notoriously fickle, so Tamer often relies on a secondary Magic, Engulf. This Magic, as it's name suggests, involves Tamer injecting his opponent with a paralyzing venom and devouring them.
Tristan is a Mage of the Wiki Tail guild well known for his love of lolis. In fact, he loves them so much that he had Tamer modify his body to make him smaller and more child-like so he could attract more of them. However, something went horribly wrong in the surgery and Tamer succeeded in making Tristan's torso smaller, but he greatly enlarged his head and lower body. Tristan, however, decided to stay that way as his penis was greatly enlarged as well. In battle, Tristan doesn't rely on any form of Magic. Instead, he assaults his opponents with powerful kicks delivered by his unusually long legs.

When did you pick up the Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo manga?
A: During the period that Mega kept spamming about it in the wiki. I checked it out and it was worth it!
You said you watched the live-action adaptation of the manga. How did you feel about it?
A: I can't quite put my hand on it but something felt kind of awkward. Also I prefered the manga (and then anime) because I got really used to the character designs and the live action adaptation didn't really feel like the same series since the characters looked so drastically different.
What would you change from the manga, if you could change anything.
A: Fewer characters for one, so that things would be less complicated. Only one set of 7 witches instead of two. Remove the entire recent plot with the erased memories. Have Yamada not end up with Shiraishi.
Since you've seen the anime and read the manga, give us your thoughts on the series.
A: This is definitely a series worth checking out. It's not perfect by any means, but it's definitely a few steps above your typical generic girl&guy series. The art is great, the characters are good too and there's actually some semblance of a plot behind it.
If you could change anything about Yamada-kun to 7-Nin no Majo, what would it be?
A: First of all, I'd have lengthened the anime to 22 episodes so that we could have the necessary pacing for a satisfactory conclusion. Secondly, I'd cut back on the fanservice in the manga. Sometimes it's alright, but it's also a bit excessive from time to time.
If you could have any of the first seven witch powers of the series, which would you want? Note- As in the series, you can only activate it via kissing.
A: I'd go with seeing the future. Can you imagine how much you could screw with people if you had that power? =D
Now that you've seen this trailer, do you feel like watching the anime?
A: Actually... yes. :D It looks pretty interesting and right up my alley. ^__^
Do romantic-comedy anime appeal to you?
A: On a general basis? They aren't my first choices, but I do like them. I have watched quite a few of them in my day. ;-)
If you could switch bodies with anyone on this wiki (male or female) who would you choose?
A: Male? Probably Mega because I would like to know what it's like to live in New York and be Mexican. Female? Yummy because I would want to know what it was like to live in Australia. Plus, I think she's taller than me and I'd like to know how that feels as well. :D Genderless? Mapa because it's Mapa. :3
Before I say anything else, I'd like remind you guys to please see this piece as the artist intended it to be seen and as it should be seen by clicking here!!! With that being said, I love this piece!! I couldn't even imagine drawing all these characters myself. I'd get bored and very frustrated. >_> But this artist drew and colored them, and they all came out looking pretty damn good. If you want to see more by this phenomenal artist, then please visit the artist's deviantart gallery. I give this piece a 8.5/10, and I highly recommend you guys check out more from this artist.
