Chapters are early this week, yay. And it seems that the anime is going to continue now... but I don't really care. Frankly I think it is far too early for it to come back as they are just going to have to go to a filler arc soon. Anyway, chapters time. These will be a little shorter than normal because 1, I have stuff to do and 2, not too much happened in each chapter.
Fairy Tail[]
The morning of a new adventure[]
Mashima is really taking the nudity up a notch lately. First the covers last week and now this. Can't say I didn't enjoy it though 
. But aside from the naked bathing girls, there was some alright stuff in here. Well firstly, Hungry would kill me if I didn't mention naked Flare. Kind of glad she didn't join FT though. I can't see her being part of the story for anything more than an occassional appearance.
Erza and Wendy as Elie and Haru was hilarious though. The fact that it was all for candy made it even funnier. The chapter was filled with a lot of fun stuff like Natsu and Gray punching Erza but overall not that great. Though the end was good, we are finally getting to see the 4 gods.

Walrot Seeken[]
So this chapter... when we first see Walrot, I was thinking what was said of the 4 gods was literally true, that they are not humans. But seeing as he was human in the past, I am guessing his magic is or is similar to Great Tree Arc as he has turned into a tree. I am kind of happy and yet at the same time disappointed that Walrot is not unbelievably powerful offensively. It is somewhat refreshing to see a support mage but at the same time, I wanted to see some amazingly powerful magic. The revelation that he was a founding member of FT was nice, and I am guessing the other ones in the picture with him are other members of the 4 Gods.
Overall, this chapter was solid, but did not do anything spectacular.

Treasure Hunter[]
I'd probably say this was the best of the three chapters this week. Team Natsu hasn't had a job in a while and it was nice seeing them out doing so. The fact that everyone was frozen reminded Gray of Ur and Ultear was a nice touch. Everything here linked back to something in the past. The magic used reminded Gray of something, the moon drip being used to possibly melt the ice and finally Minerva is back. I really can't say that I saw her being in a dark guild but it makes sense. She is an evil bitch who never liked playing by the rules. If she is in a dark guild, I am guessing Jienma is not too far behind. We know that at the least, he is not a guild master any longer. The chapter did a good job of tying the present back into the past

Bleach[]
I hate when Kubo does chapters like this. This is the manga equivalent to a montage. Just random scenes of training that don't really tell us anything. I'm still upset that Byakuya is alive. Byakuya should be dead. Multiple times it was stated he was dead and his death would have been a great motivator for Renji and Rukia to get stronger but nope, Kubo can't bear to kill his characters. But at least we finally have a name for Osho. Im still wondering what he can do but it looks like we won't get the amazing training session that I was hoping for. My bet is still on Kido master for him but whatever, it looks like Ichigo isn't even going to go to him. Now the end is interesting. You have the Captain Commander of the Gotei 13 in the Human World. Then he is telling Ichigo's friends they will not be seeing him again. I am thinking that Ichigo is going to die. Whatever is going to happen, I think this will be the end of Ichigo's life as a Human. It should be interesting to see but this chapter alone was not that great.

Let's do them in order again
Worst is Bleach this week. It just didn't accomplish anything. The only interesting part was the last couple pages with Shunsui. So yeah, not a great chapter this week.
Second worst is The morning of a new adventure. While I enjoy my naked FT girls as much as the next person, plot wise nothing really happened until the last two pages. It was a fun chapter though and gets props for the Rave reference
Next is Walrot Seeken. I have been looking forwards to the four gods for a while now and am happy we finally got to see one. My favorite thing in manga is when we get some backstory on a character and we got to know some good stuff about Fiore and about Fairy Tail and Walrot. The story in the present was eh, but the fact that we actually got some of Walrot's history makes me happy.
Finally, the best this week was Treasure Hunter. So much of the past was woven into the present with the reminders of Ur and Ultear and then moon drip and finally Minerva showing up. I was very pleased with all of this and Mashima really did a good job with that.
