The Thunder God Tribe (雷神衆 Raijinshū) was one of the strongest teams in the Fairy Tail Guild until the guild's disbandment.
Creation of the Team
The Thunder God Tribe was created by Freed[1] with its members being Laxus' personal "bodyguards".[1][2] They work for Laxus and they are led by Freed, who is the self-proclaimed leader.[1] They were originally reclusive and didn't socialize or think much of their fellow guild members,[1][3] but following Laxus' excommunication, they began to open up more.[4]

Missions
Defeat the Ghoul Spirit Guild
Main article: Thunder God Tribe vs. Ghoul Spirit
They single-handedly destroyed the Dark Guild, Ghoul Spirit [5] before heading back to Magnolia to arrange the Battle of Fairy Tail.[2]

Prepare the Battle of Fairy Tail

On Laxus' orders,[6] Freed, Bickslow and Evergreen prepared and took part in the Battle of Fairy Tail where they defeated most of the other guild members[7] until they were defeated by Mirajane,[8] Lucy[9] and Erza,[10] respectively.

- The Battle of Fairy Tail ends.[22]

- Each member of Thunder God Tribe uses a form of Eye Magic: Freed Justine's Dark Écriture,[23] Bickslow's Figure Eyes[24] and Evergreen's Stone Eyes.[3]
