Shadow Gear vs. Gajeel Redfox is a fight fought between Fairy Tail Mages, Levy McGarden, Jet and Droy, and S-Class Mage of Phantom Lord, Gajeel Redfox.

PrologueEdit

In an attempt to anger Makarov Dreyar enough so that he would engage in war, Jose Porla sends his most powerful Mage, Gajeel Redfox, to damage the Fairy Tail Guild while its members were away. Gajeel, thinking that his damage to the guild wouldn't be enough to truly anger Makarov, decides that to do something extra to get his attention.^[1]

AftermathEdit

After beating the members of Shadow Gear he nailed them to a tree near the South Gate of Magnolia Town and branded Levy McGarden with the Phantom Lord Guild Mark. After Makarov and the other Fairy Tail Guild members found their guildmates in the condition that they were in, Makarov declared war on the Phantom Lord Guild.^[2]
