DescriptionEdit

The user bows down and points his hands downwards, with all the fingers closed except the index and middle fingers. The user then begins to slowly move their right hand until it points upwards. The clouds above the user begin circling around, forming a cyclone. The full effect of this spell is unknown.^[1]
