I cant belive i lose this talk page. mhe well whats done is done, well first of all i wanna say welcome to rinne and red... hu that sounded more funny in my head... any way welcome to the team red u seem like a vet already and rinne u seems pretty good to, to be honest im lame editing and i never did a summary, so i think u guys will make a great job.

I disagree with combining the earth and plant the reason is under the main elements plants is more under water rather than earth also because the paper that i drew the teams crest gotten destroyed Animaltamer⁷

First of all, we need to clarify the elements since some of us disagree with shadow and darkness being different as well as plants and earth being different... We must have a clear list of elements that all the members of our team would agree with. As a team, we should be as one so we should have a majority decision or the best possible answer for our better. RedFemaleKnight

Well, I just have a few things to say and I'll leave you guys alone. Firstly, I think you should use and continue to use Tutles's badge because it is a very nice looking badge and matches the crest format we use on this site. And the old one didn't. Secondly, you guys don't really need a team leader. Team leader's don't do much at all and since even if a team leader is chosen her or his vote can't override the vote of the majority, it's pointless to have one. Thirdly, if you guys do choose to have a team leader then instead of talking about it, just open a vote. The vote needs to only include the members of your team who wish to be or have no problem being the team leader. Fourthly, instead of talking about what color each element should be and whether shadow and darkness are the same (for the most part, they are the same) and whether plant and earth are the same (they aren't the same) then open up a vote on this page for your team members to decide. Personally, I find the idea for TES to be kind of cool. You guys are the jack of all trades, which is both easy yet tedious at the same time. There are no limits as to what job you can and should take on, and I really like that, and it is mainly out of that that I'd like to join TES. Also, helping out other users is an easy way to befriend them, which I think is the biggest plus for someone who's generally as socially awkward like me. BTW: For some reason, the "can you help out other users" template isn't working for me. And apparently, for some users as well.

Ok, I don't know about you guys but, a lot of unexperience users post their application to join. I was wondering if we should put a new rule saying only users that contributed to the Wiki for at least one month before applying. I don't know about you guys but I agree to this. Please put:
Oppose - If you oppose, please state a reason why.
Support - Support if you agree

I don't think it should just be one month though. We need to be a lot stricter when it comes to letting people join the team. Some temporary members, even a few official members, are not very active on this wiki and may not have good skill in editing. Some do not even read our policies, making it worse. However, a few of our users who do genuinely help out may also be inexperienced in a sort of field, such as grammar, images, and referencing. Not to say that they all do, just that I know a few members who need work on this. Yes, we are a social team, but our members need to be very skilled editors, not just people who come here to socialize only.

Depending on how things can change regarding new applicants, I may or may not cast my vote.

Hello. I wish to become an official member for this team, because coding is an interesting hobby for me, and I have familiarized myself with this site's HTML format. I've noticed how some users are in need of help for their profiles, signatures, and other pages, and helping them out would not only make good practice, but can also give an opportunity to get closer with them. Not to mention, from what I've heard only members are eligible to take on jobs, while temporary members are to assist them only.

Due to personal and professial matter i'm afraid that i can't continue to be a member of Element 7.

In order to adequately prepare my final exams i have to yield my position has a member due that even so i could be continue to be a member procuring only 1 job per month, i fell that it would be not only selfish but prejudicial for the team, and the petitioners,and has one of the "fouding" members of the team i don't wish to disserve it, there for i prossed to resing to my possition as member and returning both my color and wind element soo it could be give to a new member.
