Prayer to the Sacred Light is the 93rd chapter of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail.
In seven minutes time, Etherion will fire on the Tower of Heaven destroying everything. Erza and Jellal are battling each other. In the meantime, the others are leaving the tower apart from Natsu and Simon who are still inside the tower. Erza succeeds to pin down Jellal and he is unable to move. He says that he has been possessed by the spirit of Zeref, a terrifying Dark Mage, and that they will die together here. Erza says that both of them are sacrifices as she has not been able to save his friend Jellal. Erza hugs Jellal in their final moments, Natsu is trying to get to Erza to save her. While hugging Erza, Jellal has a terrifying smile on his face...

Added by B jWith seven minutes left till Etherion is fired, Erza is battling Jellal. He is amused by her perseverance, and finally cages her with one of his dark Magics. However, she blasts out of the cage, and knocks down Jellal. Shocked, he asks himself if this is the real Erza. Erza asks Jellal what he was expecting. She says that even though the physical construction is sound, and she is the sacrifice, he lacks Magical power. The kind of spell Jellal is trying to pull off is one needing a large amount of Magic. So large in fact that a whole continent full of wizards would not be enough.
Added by B jMoreover, Etherion is about to fire, and he is not trying to run away. Erza, however, is unwilling to kill him, so she will hold her sword up until the last moment. Jellal replies that she can say anything she wants, as her words will not reach him. He is possessed by Zeref's spirit, so he’s nothing more than a puppet. He claims that everything was over before it even began and that there is no freedom anywhere.
Added by B jMeanwhile, the Etherion is ready to be fired. Everyone lowers their heads to pray to the light, and the countdown begins. Back in the tower, Jellal says that Erza is the one to win, since he is but a broken engine Zeref wouldn’t let go, even though the tower was incomplete. Erza lets go, pitying him, and gets ready to be hit by Etherion. They both declare themselves sacrifices, Erza because she couldn’t save Jellal, and Jellal because he gave in to his weaknesses. In the final moments before the collision, they hug, ready to die together. Etherion is released. In the boat, Happy and Erza’s friends cries, while Natsu keeps climbing. The moment before Etherion hits, Jellal gives a demonic smile…
