- Going along with the flowery theme of Fiore (Italian for "flower") balsam refers to the Garden Balsam flower. In the anime, the town is called "Hosenka Town",[1] as in Japanese the Garden Balsam flower can also be called "Hosenka" (鳳仙花, ホウセンカ, Hōsenka).
